NTR Housing Scheme: 58,000 Houses Build in West Godavari District

NTR housing scheme: Following the earlier announcement, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has sanctioned 58,000 houses in the district of West Godavari. According to the statement of the woman and child welfare minister Sujatha, 58,000 houses were sanctioned for the district of West Godavari housing under the NTR regime.

The announcement was made on the occasion held in the region. On the occasion, she made an announcement to build 1,550 housing units in the village Venkatapuram Madepalli Panchayati in Eluru mandal under rural housing NTR regime.

The houses of the regime were targeted to complete in three years, the minister said. Furthermore, she added that the total 6 lakh houses sanctioned by the regime which 2 lakh houses are the rural area would be constructed to the value of Rs. 5,800 crore. The construction of these houses would be completed this year.

On four lakh, 2 lakh houses would be built in urban areas at a cost of Rs 10,000 crore.

The occasion was also joined by Eluru MLA Badeti Kota Ramarao (Bujji). In turn, he said that in addition to building houses in NTR housing scheme, the colony will be provided with drains, roads, power supply and other basic amenities.

Meanwhile, the West Godavari district collector K Bhaskar make his statement and said that 1,250 homes in rural areas of each assembly constituency were sanctioned in the neighborhood. He said 40,000 other houses were also sanctioned in urban areas. A model colony would be built in the village of Madepalli for property NTR regime, he added

Occasionally, Eluru MP Maganti Venkateswara Rao (Babu), Sarpanch Cherukuri Deepti Usha, AMC President Kurella Ramprasad, Housing Board Director Srinivasa Rao project, Eluru Municipal Commissioner Saisrikanth Y and others have participated in the program.
