BDA Bareilly to Allot 50,000 Residential Flats under Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana 2016

To provide affordable housing in the city available, Bareilly Development Authority has all for the allocation of 50,000 own homes under Ramganga Nagar Awas Yojana 2016. According to the plan the project in Ramganga Nagar is. Under the project, the residential flats have divided into four categories – higher income group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG) – under Samajwadi Awas Yojna and lower income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS).

In this scheme, these residential apartments are at the expense of Rs.5 lakh to Rs.6 lakh for Economic Weaker Section (EWS), Rs available. 10 lakh to 11 lakh for lower income group (LIG), while the middle income group (MIG) apartments will cost is around Rs.36 lakh and higher income group (HIG), be at the cost of Rs 50 lakh available.

The deputy chairman of BDA, Garima Yadav said that with this project, our goal is to develop the city into a high-end one with different and superior equipment. This is the first time that a water treatment plant to be set up in the city.

She said that we had set a target of 250 flats under the scheme and was built from now 70 apartments.
In this project, nearly 40,000-50,000 dwellings will be built and around 2 lakh people living in these apartments. t is a major project of approximately 269 hectares and around a hundred and 32 hectares is under construction. The cost of land is about Rs 12,760 rupees.
